I just wanted to let you know in writing how delighted I am with the wonderful job you did on my area rugs. The big wool one, especially, turned out just like new in spite of all the stains. The smaller ones, too, are just like having brand new rugs throughout the house. Did you know that by thoroughly vacuuming your carpet , you can dry extract up to 79% of the soil that is in your carpet. By using the appropriate vacuum that has a beater bar and sufficient suction you are able to enhance your indoor air quality and thus reduce the amount of allergy causing pollens and dust and mytes that are lurking in your carpet.

Note that going over your carpet in traffic area's multiple times (approx. 5-8) is essential. Once per week is minimum, two to three times per week is optimum.   Sorry :-(
